Gluten-free choices are available in every dining commons. Daily menu tags note gluten in the allergen information, and gluten-free items are marked on Build Your Plate with this symbol:  Purple circle with GF.  


Gluten-Free Pantry

Bolton Dining Commons is introducing a gluten-free pantry that will be stocked with shelf-stable, microwavable items such as oatmeal, bagels, sandwiches, muffins, pasta, and desserts. While we provide gluten-free menu items in all dining commons, the pantry gives an additional option for students with specific dietary needs. To gain access to the pantry, students will need to first meet with the Registered Dietitian, Katherine Ingerson, to discuss their dietary restrictions.

None of the Lemon Grass Kitchen entrees or sides are gluten-free.  However, all of the ingredients at the Pho Station (Vietnamese Noodle Bowl) are gluten-free.  The spicy chicken broth and the regular chicken broth are both gluten-free.  The Pho station uses rice noodles, which are gluten-free.  Some students get just the rice noodles and then pair it with a gluten-free pasta sauce from the pasta station next door at Bolton's Trattoria.
Ask a manager for a gluten-free stir fry served with gluten-free soy sauce. They will prepare it specially for you at the Skillets line.  Choices include: fresh vegetables, tofu, shrimp, beef, edamame, chicken, white rice, and brown rice.
